Overview

Dye sublimation lets you run any design you can imagine: gradients, fades, all-over patterns, and unlimited colors, all bonded permanently into the polyester so they never crack, peel, or fade across a full season.

Alayki International sublimates every panel before it is cut and sewn, giving crisp edges and photo-quality graphics on jerseys, pants, and caps, made to order with a low minimum and fast sampling.

As a USA-registered company producing factory-direct, we handle design, grading, sampling, bulk production, and decoration in-house, then inspect to AQL 2.5 with photo and video QC before dispatch. Send your artwork or a reference and our team turns it into a production-ready order.

How pricing works

Every sublimated baseball uniforms order is made to order, so your price is built from four things: quantity (larger runs lower the per-unit price), fabric and GSM, decoration method (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, or DTF), and how many colors or panels your design uses. Minimums start at as low as 12 full sets, and sampling fees are credited against a confirmed bulk order. Send your artwork or a reference and we quote it accurately, usually within one business day.

Frequently asked questions

Will sublimated graphics fade or peel?
No. Sublimation dyes the fibre itself, so the design will not crack or peel and survives repeated washing.
Is there a color limit with sublimation?
No. Sublimation supports unlimited colors, gradients, and all-over patterns at no extra per-color cost.
Do you provide a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We issue a digital mockup, then a physical pre-production sample for fit and quality approval before the full order runs.
