Frequently asked questions
- How do we pay, and is it safe?
- You pay QVR Associates LLC, our US-registered company, into a US bank account under US law, so your money and your recourse stay in your own country rather than being wired to an unknown account overseas. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% before dispatch, never the full amount up front.
- Who owns the designs and artwork?
- You do. Anything you create or supply stays yours. We manufacture under your brand, never resell your artwork, and sign an NDA on request. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any logos or trademarks you send us for production.
- How do I know you are a real, registered company?
- We are registered in the USA as QVR Associates LLC in Texas, we hold the Alayki trademark in both the USA and the UK, and we are registered with SECP in Pakistan. You can verify each of these yourself from the links on our About page.
- Are the products on your site ones you have made?
- The products shown on our site illustrate what we can manufacture to order. They are examples of our capability, not a stock catalogue, and we do not claim to have produced every design shown. See our Product Disclaimer for details.
- What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- Minimums are low and depend on the product, typically from 30 pieces per style for apparel, with better per-unit pricing on larger runs. Tell us the product you want and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
- Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?
- Yes. We run full private-label and OEM programs: your woven labels, hangtags, packaging, patterns, and colorways. We accept tech packs, CAD or vector artwork, and physical reference samples.
- What decoration methods do you offer?
- Dye sublimation, embroidery, screen print, DTF, and heat-transfer, plus leather appliqué and reflective detailing on outerwear.
- How does sampling work and how long does it take?
- We review your tech pack, issue a digital mockup, then stitch a physical pre-production sample, usually within days, for your fit and quality approval before bulk. Sampling fees are credited against a confirmed bulk order.
- What quality control do you run?
- In-line inspections at cutting, decoration, and stitching, plus an AQL 2.5 final inspection with photo and video QC reports before every shipment, so you approve what is in the box.
- Can you make protective motorcycle gear?
- Yes. We build motorcycle jackets with abrasion-resistant leather or textile shells and CE-rated armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows, and back. If your program requires certification to a standard such as EN 17092, we can discuss what is achievable for your specific order.
- What shipping options do you support?
- EXW or FOB Karachi, CIF to your port, or DDP delivered duty paid direct to your USA or EU address, so you never touch customs. Shipments are tracked via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- What are your lead times?
- Typically 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration. Samples are usually ready within days.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes. We ship to 30+ countries including the USA, Canada, UK, EU, UAE, and Australia.
