Tech-pack / artwork review
We review your tech pack, CAD, or reference sample and confirm feasibility, materials, and costing.

Digital mockup
A digital mockup is issued for sign-off before any cloth is cut (1-3 days).
- 03
Physical prototype
A pre-production sample is stitched and shipped for fit and quality approval (typically 14-21 days).
- 04
Bulk production
On approval, we grade, cut, decorate, and stitch the full order under one roof.
Quality assurance
- In-line inspections at cutting, decoration, and stitching stages
- AQL 2.5 final inspection before every shipment
- Measurement and colorfastness checks for sizing and print consistency
- Photo and video QC reports shared before dispatch
Logistics & Incoterms
- EXW / FOB Karachi for freight-forwarder pickup
- CIF to your nearest port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) direct to a USA / EU warehouse on request
Payment terms
- 50% deposit / 50% against Bill of Lading (standard bulk terms)
- Bank wire (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) for enterprise orders
- Sampling fees credited against confirmed bulk orders
