Our policies
Quotations & orders
Quotes are issued after review of your tech pack, artwork, or reference sample and remain valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed quote/PI and the agreed deposit.
Sampling
A digital mockup is provided before any sample is cut. Physical pre-production samples (typically 14-21 days) require approval before bulk. Sampling fees are credited against confirmed bulk orders.
Production & quality
All production runs on our own floor with in-line inspections and an AQL 2.5 final inspection. Photo and video QC reports are shared before dispatch.
Shipping & Incoterms
We ship EXW/FOB Karachi, CIF, or DDP to your USA/EU warehouse. Transit times and duties depend on the Incoterm and destination agreed on your order.
Payment
Standard terms are 50% deposit / 50% against Bill of Lading, via bank wire (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) for enterprise orders.
Privacy
Information you submit through our forms is used solely to prepare your quote and fulfil your order, and is never sold. Contact us to request deletion of your enquiry data.
