Pay a US company, in the US
Your payment goes to QVR Associates LLC and a US bank account, under US law. Your money and your recourse stay in your own country, not wired to an unknown account overseas. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
See it before you commit
You approve a physical pre-production sample before we cut your bulk order, and we send photo and video proof of the finished goods before anything ships.
Milestone terms
Standard terms are 50% to start and 50% before dispatch. You never pay the full amount up front.
Made right or made again
If the finished goods do not match your approved sample because of a mistake on our side, we remake them or refund you.

A real factory, not a middleman
Alayki International is a custom apparel manufacturer built on one idea: buyers deserve to see exactly who is making their order, and how. No stock photos of someone else's factory. No claim of a history we cannot back up. Just our floor, our team, and our process.
We serve teams, schools, distributors, retailers, and private-label brands. Every order runs through our own pattern making, cutting, decoration, and stitching, with nothing subcontracted out. We decorate in sublimation, embroidery, screen print, and DTF, and we keep minimums low so a new brand or a small club can start without overcommitting.

How we build your order
From a rough idea to a tracked shipment

Consultation and spec
Send artwork, a reference photo, or a rough idea. We turn it into a clear spec: fabric, decoration, sizing, and timeline.

Pattern making
Every style is built or adjusted from our in-house patterns, so fit stays consistent across sizes and repeat orders.

Pre-production sample
We produce one physical sample. You review fit, fabric weight, print and color, and sign off before we move forward.

Fabric sourcing and testing
We source fabric to your spec, weight, stretch, wicking, colorfastness, and test it before cutting.

Cutting and decoration
Sublimation, embroidery, screen print, or DTF, applied in-house and checked at each stage, not only at the end.

Sewing and quality control
Every piece is stitched and checked against your approved sample for defects, fit, and finish consistency.

Packing and dispatch
Packed to your spec, including private-label tags and packaging, then shipped with tracking via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

We track every order internally from the cutting table to the courier, with quantity, cost, and timeline logged against a single order record. It is the reason we can quote a real delivery date and stand behind it, and the reason we can send you photo and video proof at each stage.

Whether you are a club ordering team kit or a brand launching a line, private label is built into the order from the start: custom woven and printed labels, neck tags, hangtags, and packaging. Your artwork stays yours, we never resell it, and we sign an NDA on request.

We ship DDP, clearing customs and duties so your order arrives at your door, with tracking via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and full export paperwork, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. FOB and CIF are available if you prefer to route your own freight.
