Overview
Alayki International makes fully custom baseball jerseys for teams, leagues, and dealers across the USA. Pick a full-button, two-button henley, or pullover cut, choose your fabric and fit, and add your team name, player names, and numbers by dye sublimation, sewn tackle twill, or embroidery.
Every jersey is cut and decorated to order on our own floor, so you can mix sizes from youth to adult 5XL and give each player a unique number with no tooling charges and no color limits.
As a USA-registered company producing factory-direct, we handle design, grading, sampling, bulk production, and decoration in-house, then inspect to AQL 2.5 with photo and video QC before dispatch. Send your artwork or a reference and our team turns it into a production-ready order.

How pricing works
Every custom baseball jerseys order is made to order, so your price is built from four things: quantity (larger runs lower the per-unit price), fabric and GSM, decoration method (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, or DTF), and how many colors or panels your design uses. Minimums start at as low as 12 full sets, and sampling fees are credited against a confirmed bulk order. Send your artwork or a reference and we quote it accurately, usually within one business day.
Frequently asked questions
- What baseball jersey styles can you make?
- Full-button, two-button henley, and pullover V-neck jerseys, in double-knit or breathable pro-mesh polyester.
- Can each player get a different name and number?
- Yes. Every jersey is made to order, so names, numbers, and sizes are unique per player at no extra tooling cost.
- Do you provide a sample before bulk production?
- Yes. We issue a digital mockup, then a physical pre-production sample for fit and quality approval before the full order runs.
