Long Beanies from Alayki International, made to order in a long style. Every beanie is made to order in your knit, colors, and branding.
Every order is inspected to AQL 2.5 with photo and video QC before it ships, so you approve exactly what is in the box.
We produce structured and unstructured crowns in cotton twill, brushed cotton, corduroy, acrylic, and performance fabrics, decorated by 3D puff and flat embroidery, woven or leather patches, and sublimation.

Every long beanies order is made to order, so your price is built from four things: quantity (larger runs lower the per-unit price), fabric and GSM, decoration method (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, or DTF), and how many colors or panels your design uses. Minimums start at low minimums, from 50 pieces per style, and sampling fees are credited against a confirmed bulk order. Send your artwork or a reference and we quote it accurately, usually within one business day.
