1. OVERVIEW

Alayki International manufactures custom, made-to-order apparel — including sports uniforms, activewear, jackets, and accessories — decorated to each customer’s specifications (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, or DTF). Because every order is produced specifically for the customer and is not resalable to another buyer, this Refund and Returns Policy differs from a standard retail return policy. By placing an order with Alayki International, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

All products manufactured by Alayki International are custom-made to order based on the design, fabric, sizing, and decoration specifications approved by the customer. As such:

  • Custom, decorated, and personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as expressly stated in Section 5 (Manufacturing Defects).
  • This applies regardless of decoration method (sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, or DTF) and regardless of order size.
  • Once a pre-production sample has been approved by the customer, that approval constitutes final sign-off on design, color, fit, and specification. Alayki International is not liable for claims relating to any element that matches the approved sample.

3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Standard payment terms are a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Production is deemed to have commenced upon pattern-making, fabric cutting, or any decoration process beginning on the customer’s order.
  • If a customer cancels an order before production has commenced, Alayki International may, at its sole discretion, refund the deposit less any costs already incurred (including but not limited to sampling, design work, and fabric procurement).
  • Alayki International reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, at any time and for any reason, including pricing errors, unclear specifications, suspected fraud, or inability to source required materials — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. ORDER CHANGES AFTER CONFIRMATION

  • Any change requested to an order after the pre-production sample has been approved may incur additional charges to cover materials, labor, and scheduling already committed, and may extend the delivery timeline.
  • Alayki International is not obligated to accept changes once bulk production has commenced.

5. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (for example, a printing/embroidery error materially different from the approved sample, incorrect garment, or a defect in stitching), the following applies:

  • You must notify us in writing within [7] calendar days of receiving your order, with clear photo or video evidence of the defect, sent to hello@alaykiin.com or via WhatsApp.
  • Claims submitted after this window will not be considered, as garment condition cannot be reliably verified once time has passed and the goods may have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Upon verifying a genuine manufacturing defect, Alayki International will, at its sole discretion, either: (a) reproduce and reship the affected piece(s) at no additional cost, or (b) issue a partial or full refund for the affected piece(s) only.
  • This remedy is limited to the specific pieces affected by the defect and does not extend to the full order unless the defect is present across the entire order.
  • Normal variation inherent to manufacturing — including minor shade variation between production batches, negligible size tolerance (industry-standard +/- measurements), and small variations in hand-applied decoration — does not constitute a defect.

6. COLOR AND SHADE DISCLAIMER

We make every reasonable effort to match colors to your approved design, reference image, or Pantone reference. However:

  • Slight color variation can occur due to fabric dye lots, monitor/screen display differences (RGB vs. CMYK), and the nature of sublimation, embroidery thread, or ink printing processes.
  • Such variation is considered normal and industry-standard, and does not qualify as a manufacturing defect or grounds for refund, unless the deviation is severe and unambiguous.

7. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DELIVERY

  • Alayki International ships worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or air/sea cargo, at its discretion, unless a specific courier has been agreed in writing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier carriers, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control (see Section 9, Force Majeure).
  • The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance charges applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost quoted.
  • If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or unclaimed by the customer at customs, resulting in return or destruction of the goods, no refund will be issued, and any charges incurred by Alayki International as a result (return shipping, storage, destruction fees) may be billed to the customer.
  • Once goods are handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the customer, though we will reasonably assist with any carrier claims process.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Alayki International’s total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
  • Alayki International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm, arising from any order, delay, or defect.
  • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Alayki International has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Alayki International shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, export/import restriction, labor disputes, power or utility failure, courier/carrier disruption, or shortage of raw materials. In such cases, timelines will be extended by a reasonable period, and neither party will be liable for resulting delay.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS

  • By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or any other material for production, the customer warrants that they own or have the legal right to use and reproduce that material, including any trademarks, team names, sponsor logos, or copyrighted designs.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alayki International against any claim, loss, or liability arising from a third party alleging that customer-supplied material infringes their intellectual property rights.
  • Alayki International reserves the right to refuse production of any design it reasonably believes may infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

11. SAMPLES

  • Pre-production samples are produced to confirm fit, fabric, and decoration quality prior to bulk production.
  • Sample fees, where applicable, are separate from and not automatically credited toward the bulk order unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of quotation.
  • Sample approval (in writing, via email or WhatsApp) is treated as final authorization to proceed to bulk production per the approved specification.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Refund and Returns Policy, and any order placed with Alayki International, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the customer’s home jurisdiction.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Alayki International reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that order.
