Yes — and we'd recommend it for any first-time order. A pre-production sample lets you check stitching quality, sublimation or embroidery accuracy, and fabric feel in hand before you commit to a full run. Sample production typically takes [X] days, plus [X]–[X] days of courier time depending on your location. The sample cost is confirmed when you request your quote, as it depends on the style and decoration method.

Our MOQ is set per design or set, not per individual size — so a team roster with a mix of small, medium, and large still counts as one design against the minimum. Current MOQ starts at [XX] pieces. If you're ordering multiple designs (for example, home and away kits), each design is treated separately for MOQ purposes.

Turnaround depends on quantity and complexity. As a general guide:

  • Smaller orders (roughly [XX]–[XX] pieces) — around [X] weeks
  • Mid-size orders ([XX]–[XXX] pieces) — around [X] weeks
  • Larger orders ([XXX]+ pieces) — contact us for an accurate timeline, as we'll schedule production capacity specifically for your run.

More complex styles — multi-panel uniforms, heavy embroidery, or garments with lining — typically add [X] extra day(s) to whichever tier above applies. None of these estimates include shipping time, which we'll confirm separately based on your courier choice.

Yes — custom design is the core of what we do, not an add-on service. You can send us a finished design file, a rough mockup, a tech pack, or even just a photo of a uniform you like, and our team will turn it into a manufacturable spec. If you don't have a design at all, our team can help you build one from scratch, free of charge, over WhatsApp.

We ship worldwide, with regular orders going to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and the Gulf region. We work with DHL, FedEx and UPS for standard parcel shipments, and air or sea cargo for larger bulk orders. Every shipment includes tracking, so you always know exactly where your order is.

Bank wire transfer is our preferred and most secure method. Standard terms are a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before the order ships — we'll confirm this clearly in writing as part of your quote, so there's no ambiguity about when each payment is due.

Yes. We manufacture under your brand name, not ours. That includes custom woven or printed labels, neck tags, hang tags, and packaging built into production — so what arrives at your door (or your customer's door) carries your identity, not ours. This is a common setup for apparel brands and resellers working with us, and it doesn't require a higher MOQ than a standard order.

Quality control happens at two checkpoints, not one. First, you approve a physical pre-production sample before we cut anything for bulk — so fit, fabric, and print quality are confirmed upfront. Second, before your finished order ships, we send photo and video proof of the actual goods in your box, so you can confirm what's really being sent, not just trust that it matches what was agreed weeks earlier.

Vector files give the best print and embroidery quality — we accept AI, EPS, PDF and CDR formats. If you only have a raster image (JPG or PNG), that's fine too; our design team can usually recreate it as a clean vector file, though very low-resolution images may affect final print sharpness. If you don't have any design file at all, a reference photo or even a written description is enough for us to start a conversation.

Generally, yes. Send us a clear photo (or the actual garment, if practical), and we'll match the design, colors, and fit as closely as possible. Minor color variation can occasionally occur due to fabric batch or printing method — but it's typically negligible and rarely noticeable side-by-side.

We work primarily in CMYK for sublimation printing, since that reflects how ink is actually applied to fabric. RGB files are also accepted — our team will convert them — but be aware that very bright or neon RGB colors (screen colors) can shift slightly once converted for print. If exact color accuracy matters for your brand, let us know, and we can advise on the closest achievable match before production.

No — for sublimated jerseys, player names, numbers, and sponsor logos are included as standard, not billed as extras. If you need player-specific customization (each jersey with a different name/number), let us know at the quote stage so we can confirm sizing and layout per player.

Our standard fabrics are polyester and polyester-spandex blends, chosen for breathability, durability and compatibility with sublimation printing. Depending on the sport and use case (training vs. match day, warm climate vs. cold), we can recommend a heavier or lighter weight, or a stretch blend for closer-fit garments like compression tops. If you're not sure what's right for your use case, tell us the sport and conditions, and we'll recommend a fabric.

Start with our Request a Quote form, or message us directly on WhatsApp. Share your design (or reference image), quantity, and sizes, and our team will confirm specs, pricing and timeline. Once you approve the quote and pre-production sample, we move into full production.

Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked delivery on every order, and payment is handled through standard bank wire transfer with clear, written terms agreed before production starts. The two-checkpoint quality process (sample approval + pre-shipment photo/video QC) exists specifically so overseas buyers aren't relying on trust alone — you can see the actual goods before they leave our facility.

Because you approve a physical sample before bulk production and photo/video QC before shipping, the goods that arrive should match what you already signed off on twice. If something genuinely doesn't match your approved sample, contact us directly — we handle this on a case-by-case basis and our goal is always a fair resolution, not a dispute.
