Fabric Options for Sports Uniforms
| Fabric | Weight | Best For | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Polyester (standard) | ~[150–180] GSM | Soccer, basketball, general team kit | Lightweight, breathable, holds sublimation ink well |
| Polyester-spandex (stretch) | ~[180–220] GSM | Basketball, compression-fit styles | 4-way stretch, closer fit, more mobility |
| Mesh/eyelet polyester | ~[130–160] GSM | Soccer, warm-climate uniforms | Extra ventilation panels for high-intensity sports |
| Heavier polyester twill | ~[220–260] GSM | American football, ice hockey | More structure to support padding and durability |
Not sure which fabric fits your sport and climate? Tell us both, and we’ll recommend the right one — this is a free part of the quote conversation, not a separate service.
Why Teams Choose Us For Sports Uniforms?
Built for Match-Day Durability
Our fabric and print choices are selected for what a uniform actually goes through — repeated washing, sliding, contact — not just how it looks in a mockup.
One Sample Before Full Team Production
You approve a physical sample — fit, color, print quality — before we produce your full roster, so there are no surprises when 20+ jerseys arrive at once.
Mixed Sizes, One MOQ
Your team's size spread (youth to adult, small to 3XL) counts as a single design against our minimum — you're not penalized for having a real roster instead of one size.
Direct Line to the People
Reach our production team directly over WhatsApp for sizing questions, mid-order updates, or last-minute roster changes.
How We Build Your Order?
We start with a conversation, not a template. Send your artwork, a reference photo, or just a rough idea over WhatsApp, and our team turns it into a clear specification: fabric, decoration method, sizing, and timeline.
Every style is built or adjusted from our in-house pattern library of 137 patterns — refined over 6 original designs — so fit is consistent across sizes and repeat orders.
We produce one physical sample before committing to bulk. You review it for fit, fabric weight, print/embroidery quality and color accuracy — and sign off before we move forward.
We source fabric to match your spec — weight, stretch, moisture-wicking performance, colorfastness — and test it before cutting begins.
Sublimation, embroidery, screen print or DTF, applied in-house by our own decoration team, checked at each stage rather than only at the end.
Every piece is stitched and checked against your approved sample — not just for defects, but for fit and finish consistency across the full order.
Folded and packed to your specification (including private label tags and packaging, if required), then shipped with tracking via DHL, FedEx, UPS or air/sea cargo.
How We Decorate Your Uniforms?
Full-color, edge-to-edge printing dyed directly into the fabric — no cracking or peeling over time. Best for jerseys with gradients, patterns, sponsor logos, or player names and numbers. Unlimited colors at no extra cost.
Stitched logos, crests, and text — the most durable option for club badges and text that needs to survive years of match washes. Best used for smaller design elements rather than full-jersey graphics.
Cost-effective for large bulk orders with a small number of solid colors. A good fit for training kit, event t-shirts, or simpler designs where sublimation's full-color capability isn't needed.
Flexible for smaller runs or mixed fabric types where sublimation isn't suitable (e.g., cotton blends). Good middle ground between screen print and sublimation for detailed, multi-color designs at lower minimums.
Most sports uniforms are sublimated by default — we’ll recommend the right method for your specific design and fabric when you request a quote.
Sizing & Personalization
Standard size range: Youth XS–XL, Adult S–3XL.
Mixed sizing: Yes — a full team roster with mixed sizes counts as one design against your MOQ.
